2 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch (gnd)

Build to a two hang power snatch and one squat snatch from the ground. Newer members should perform all three from the hang position rather than the ground.
Build to a challenging weight to begin with and add weight throughout if you’re moving well.

10 Front Squats

RX: 65/95# Kipping HSPU
Intermediate: 55/75# HSPU/Pike Push Ups/Push Press @ working weight.
Beginner: 35/45# DB or KB Push Press

Choose a weight for this AMRAP that you’ll be able to go unbroken with on your squats. Pick a variation that you’ll be able to do your 6 reps of “HSPU” unbroken.
