R1. 8 Front Rack Walking Lunges
R2. 6-8 Strict Pull Ups
R3. 5 Strict HSPU / Pike Push Ups / KB Strict Press
You’ll have a chance to build to a challenging weight/method before beginning. 90 second rounds will be limiting for front rack lunge weight as you’ll still want some time to recover before jumping into pull ups. The lunges will take the longest out of the three and the pressing / pull ups will give you more recovery so keep that in mind…

4 Lengths of shuttle runs

Set up your KB’s and cardio equipment along the turf OR by the garage door for your shuttle runs and a quick transition. Pace yourself to keep moving on this one. Wall to wall = 1 length.
