High Hang Snatch + Hang Snatch + Snatch (gnd)

Every 2:30 perform the above complex. If you have a great overhead squat position, perform squat snatches for the above. If you don’t have a great overhead position, receive the bar in a power position (this means you’ll ned to stay lighter for the first two movements out of the three.

10 Hang Power Snatches
8 Ring Dips
6 Bar Over Burpees

Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 35/45#

Today’s workout is a shorter workout. Pick weights you can cycle your snatches in 1-2 sets (while looking pretty). Ring dips should be done in 1-2 sets and burpees unbroken 🙂
