GYM NEWS: Happy Monday everyone! We hope everyone had a great weekend and spent some time with family and loved ones. We’ve got more Starke HomeFit workouts coming at you and are setting up the back end of our Zoom classes and options for small group PT sessions (outdoor of course) to keep you moving and making gains. Our equipment rentals are being put together today and prepped for pick up. This is not where we wanted to be and we are all very upset about having to shut down again for countless reasons.

We want to thank all of you for your love, support and consideration towards each other, our coaches and our community. You come in here and do exactly what you need to be doing to stay safe and keep others safe around you. For that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This is yet another storm, another bump in the road, and another test. It’s not going to be “easy” but we’ll get through it together.

E2:30 x 6
5 front squats

Build to a challenging front squat for five reps then start your clock for your two minute and thirty second rounds. You should be getting at least 2 minutes of rest/ round. 
If you have limited equipment and weights find an object around the house to use for weight and use a tempo of 33X1 for an added challenge and time under tension.

8 Push Ups
6 Front Squats
4 S2OH

If you have available, use a barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells and perform with one per side or double DB’s or KB’s if you have. The weight you choose should be unbroken for each exercise you’re working on taking rest between exercises as needed.
