“19 Crimes”
19 HSPU / Push Press
19 Bar or Bell Over Burpees
19 Hang Squat Cleans
19 Ring / Box / Bench Dips
19 Box Jumps or Tuck Jumps

Today’s workout can be done with a barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells. 30 minutes is a long time so choose a weight you can perform your 19 reps in two sets if possible. Pace yourself as this will be a GRIND…
