If you like thrusters and running, this workout is for you. If you hate thrusters and running… Well, let’s just say this won’t be your favourite workout 🙂

This workout can be completed as a soloist or in a team of two. If you’re a soloist, just hit it and quit it. If you’re doing it as a team of two, perform the one mile run, share the 100 thrusters and run the second mile together as fell. You don’t need to stick together for the runs if one of you is faster and wants tot come in and get a head start on the thrusters that’s up to you and your team mate 🙂

Pace your first run to get back in and get right to work on your thrusters. Pick a weight you can do 10 reps unbroken with when fresh. Substitute Barbells for DB’s or KB’s if you don’t have an optimal front rack position.
