5 Bar Muscle Ups / C2B Pull Ups / Pull Ups / Ring Rows

Intermediate: 65/95#
Beginner: 55/75# (three to five rounds)

Today’s workout is a longer metcon with a little lifting involved. You should be able to do your clean and jerks in 1-3 sets of touch and go and your squats in 1-2 sets max. Since the reps are low for the muscle up variation pick something that will present a challenge for you!
