Today’s workout is a chipper. In a chipper you’ll start with an exercise or movement for a set number of repetitions then move on to the next exercise. After you complete each movement, perform a 200m run before starting the next exercise. Pace the run so you can get right back to work when you return. Choose Dumbbells or Kettlebells that will allow you to complete the different movements.
