GYM NEWS: Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great long weekend and enjoyed the weather.

This week we will be starting our move over to Starke 3.0. We will be working at taking the pull-up rig down bit by bit along with cutting and removing the turf to be used in the new space.

Our final workout in our current space will be Saturday July 9th at 9am. Following that we will begin moving mats and equipment over into the new space. We anticipate to be up and running for Monday July 11th for classes and only have Sunday July 10th as a down day for us.

Monday 7-04-22 Workout Of The Day

E3M – 6
5 BB Back Squats

Build to a challenging five back squats and continue to build through the six sets if possible even with small increments.

AMRAP – 12
Buy In 400m Run
Then AMRAP with the remaining time
10 Box Over Burpees
10 C2B Pull Ups
10 Ring Dips

RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#

Perform a 400m run then AMRAP the above movements with the remaining time. Burpees should be consistent, C2B pull-ups done in 1-2 sets, Kettlebell swings can be shoulder height or overhead if you have no limitations and dips in 1-2 sets.
