A. 15 min build

Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A you will build to a challenging weight for the day for the above complex. If possible, you will go from the ground; newer athletes can go from the hang. Rest as needed and make gradual weight increases over the 15 minute build. 

Part B is a 12 min AMRAP of calories on a machine of your choice, however every minute on the minute you will get off and perform 3 power snatches from the floor. These should be touch and go. The key is quick transitions between barbell and machine, so set up your space efficiently. Score is total cals in the 12 minutes, Workout starts with snatches, and finishes on the machine.
