Today kicks off with a little strict press work where we’ll build to around 87% for part B’s 5 reps. Build to or above the 87% in part A then hit your single set in B.
Part C. is a 10 minute AMRAP. Choose a weight you can perform 8 unbroken hang power cleans with. Make your transitions quick, this should be a fast paced workout.
