Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will take up the bulk of today’s class; you can choose to do this from the rack and share with someone if needed/if you are comfortable. You can also use a portable rack in your training square, or clean the bar from the ground and stay lighter. Build to a challenging but repeatable set of 5 back squats. Have a box or bench to sit down on.
Part B can be no any machine you wish. Pace the first set of calories, and try to go unbroken on all the thrusters. The last 10 cals and the 5 thrusters should be a sprint.
