Happy Monday. This week is MAX OUT WEEK!!! We’ll be testing out strict press on Monday, our Deadlift on Wednesday and our Back Squat on Friday this week so if you want to know some current numbers, don’t miss those days!!!

In part A we get to retest our max strict press. You’ve hit different percentages over several weeks so use those numbers to find a sweet spot. You’ll have several attempts at a heavy single. LET’S GO FILL UP THAT PR BOARD

Part B is a 10 minute AMRAP. Move quickly and consistently and choose a weight you can go unbroken with or perform in two sets for your thrusters.
