Monday 7-26-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. Front Squats
5×3

B. 8 RFT @65/95#
time cap 15 mins
10 hang power cleans
8 front squats
6 lateral bar burpees

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be from the rack if possible. Build to a heavy set of 3 reps, then perform 5 sets at that weight, resting as needed between sets (approx. 2-3 mins) You can also choose to stay in your training square and clean the bar from the ground; however the clean will limit your load so you may want to add a tempo or add a few reps i choosing that option.

For Part B, choose a weight that you can hit the barbell movements unbroken. You may drop it at some point during the workout as you get tired, but the first round should be doable unbroken. Pace the burpees and just keep moving. If you can get through a round every 1;45 or so, you will make that time cap.
