Double Bell Front Squats (same weight as C&J)


For athletes who have 60+ unbroken double unders perform 100 DU’s for this workout. If you have 20-30 Unbroken DU’s perform 50 fr this workout. If you don’t have any double unders at all you may perform 50-100 single skips.
