GYM NEWS: Happy holiday Monday y’all! Tomorrow’s workout has us performing a two part WOD with a  partner. The first part will share equipment and the second part will have us sharing the load with reps and sets.

In teams of two, Share a bar and loading options. You don’t need to go with the recommended weights for the workout but you should add some weight each round as the squat clean reps go down. One person will start with the run and the other will start with the squat cleans. Each person will complete the total number of squat cleans per round (10, 8, 6, 4, & 2)
