Todays workout is a partner workout packed with fun and excitement. Partners may choose to use the same equipment if they reside in the same homes or they can use separate equipment and maintain social distancing.
In Teams of Two with only one person working at a time with a 60 Min Time Cap. Members should pick a weight they’ll be able to move consistently with rather than struggle with. If you end up on the struggle bus, drop your weight and let your partner get some reps in.
Partner workouts are about sharing the work load 50/50 but working together and communicating to get the work done quickly and efficiently.
Count your reps cumulatively and be ready to work when you partner needs a break. Don’t be that kid on the soccer field picking dandelions when the ball comes your way and there’s an open net. Got it?
