A. 25 min circuit

10-12 weighted sit ups
6/ side single leg DL
10-12 alt. Z press
2 sled push

B. 10 min AMRAP
8 push-ups
12 goblet squats @35/50#
16 KB snatch @35/50#

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be a circuit that you can move through at your own pace. No scores will be recorded. Challenge yourself with weights and variations as this is intended to be a strength circuit. Stagger where you are starting so that not everyone is at the sleds at the same time. Weight the movements with DB’s or KB’s.

Part B is a relatively short AMRAP, that you should be able to do unbroken for the most part. Snatches are 8 per arm.
