1-3: 3 Rounds of 3 Strict Press
4-6: 3 Rounds of 3 Push Press
7-9: 3 Rounds of Push Jerks

Start off with a challenging three reps for your strict press and build through your sets. Continue to build through the sets of your push press and push jerk as you should be able to add more weight as the movements allow you to use more of your body to complete them. You’ll have a chance while warming up to hit all three movements with an empty bar and a little weight to grease the groove and dial in your movement patterns.

Three movements for 12 minutes. Set a pace and keep moving in this workout. There’s nothing in here that should slow you down too much so pick a KB weight you can go straight through on your swings and perform consistent box jumps or step ups.
