A. Back Squats
B. For time:
time cap: 14 mins
50 wallballs @14/20#
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be from the rack. Build to a heavy set of 6 reps, slightly less weight than the sets of 5’s we did a few weeks back if you can recall. Rest 2-3 mins between sets by sitting down.
For Part B, try to hit the wallballs in a few sets. If needed do quick sets of 10 with very little rest between sets. This is not a super long metcon so it should be high intensity. Push your sets and try to do a few more reps than you want to. Sprint the last 8-10 cals on your machine!
