1 Snatch Pull + 1 Snatch + 1 OHS
Build to and through this complex with a snatch grip if possible. If you don’t have an ideal overhead position, use the clean variation.
B.
“Cruise Missile”
20/30 Kcal Ski
30 Snatches (squat or power)
20/30 Kcal Row
RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 35/45#
Set a pace for your 20/30kcal buy in so you can get right to work on your snatches. Power snatches will allow you to be the most consistent. Pick a weight you can hit 10 reps in a row, touch and go style fresh. Use your hook grip on that bar and full send on your last set of calories. This one might make you see a bright light 🙂
