Short and sweet, two movements that you’ll find when we redo “Glen” next week. Pick a weight you can cycle for 5-8 Reps fresh even if oyu can’t hit it during a workout. Push the pace on your clean and jerks and get moving right when you’re done. Get the legs moving for the first part of the run and send it on your turn around on the way back home.

*1 mile run will be from the gym, left on Middlechurch Gate to the end of the road (stop sign) then back.
