3 Front Squats

Build to a heavy three front squats and continue to add weight every round if possible.

100 Double Unders / 200 single unders

To goal for todays workout is to pick a weight you cna perofrm all three sets of front squats UNBROKEN. After your set of 21 front squats you’ll preform 100 double unders or 200 single unders. The number of DU’s and SU’s will remain the same after each round along with the weight for the workout. Your cahout (after all three rounds of squats and all your DU’s are complete will be on the ECHO. The echo bike will NOT be after each round. Start off with a consistent pace on the bike and as the calories tick down pick up the pace and end with a sprint 🙂
