Build to and through your complex over six sets. If an overhead position isn’t good for you, perform the clean version.

This should be a quicker workout. With snatches you should be able to go unbroken for a set of ten with your chosen weight FRESH. This doesn’t mean for all rounds during the workout. In the workout a set of 6+4 would be ideal if you need to break it up. Dips can be rings, box or bench. Send it on your cash-out cals and YOU’RE DONE!
