A. E90s x 8 sets

1 squat clean +
1 hang squat clean thruster

B. For time:

*50 DU (75 singles) after each round

Workout Notes/Intentions: Build to a challenging weight for the complex in part A, prior to starting your working sets. Sit down and rest between sets. Power clean and squat clean are from the floor. Third rep is from hang. You may build slightly over your 8 sets as well, but try and start at a moderately challenging weight. 

Part B is a descending ladder. Choose a weight that you can do your 18 reps in 2-3 sets max. Once you get to the set of 9, the goal should be unbroken. After each round, perform 50 DU or 75 single skips. Workout starts with clusters and finish with skipping.
