Today’s workout has two slides to it. Both parts have two five minute AMRAP’s with 1:30 rest in between. After you’ve completed the two five minute AMRAP’s in A. Move on to part B.

Part A should aim to be unbroken for all movements and part B may require one break on the pull ups.

*Pick up where you left off after the 1:30 rest and count your total rounds. Part A & B will be scored separately.
