*alternate each AMRAP between AMRAP 1 and 2

AMRAP 1:
5 burpees
10 KBS
15 air squats

AMRAP 2:
5 pushups
10 KB snatch (5/side)
15 jumping lunges

Workout Notes/Intentions: You will perform a total of 6 AMRAPs, each 5 minutes in length. Alternate between ARMAP 1 and AMRAP 2 each time; you will do each AMRAP 3 times. Reps are meant to be smooth, quick and unbroken. Transitions should be quick also. Record your scores for each ARMAP.
