In today’s work out, both teammates will perform the above reps, one right after the other. Person one will perform one shoulder overhead. Then person two will perform one shoulder overhead. Person one will do three touch and go power cleans. Then person two will do three touch and go power cleans. follow this pattern for the whole work out. The first three movements can be done with Barbell’s or kettlebells.
