Workout Notes/Intentions: You will be repeating this workout for a total of 4 sets, each against an 8 minute clock. 40/30 cals should take about 2:30-3 minutes or so, depending on the machine and the athlete. The single db hang C&J can be switched as often as you need, sets of 5 work well. Step overs and devils press should be double DB. Step overs should be doable in 1-2 sets. Just chip away at the devils press, and try to move through them. In whatever time is left in that 8 minute window, you will do box jump overs. Your score for each set is your number of box jump overs. Aim for consistency across all 4 sets.
