Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is 2 separate 15 minute ladders, with 5 minutes of rest in between. Reps start at 3, and ascend by 3 reps each round. Front squats can be done with a barbell or double DB/KB. Make those swings heavy if you can. For the second ladder, choose lighter dumbbells for the devil’s press, as they are a very taxing movement. Box jumps can be subbed for step ups or some type of object hop-over if needed. It should be a nice, sweaty Saturday WOD; enjoy!
