Saturday 03-13-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. E6:00 x 6 sets, mix order each set
15/12 cals
15 hang snatch
15 t2b
15 front squats

B. For time @20/24″
30 burpee box jump overs

Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, choose a barbell weight that will allow you to get the snatches done in about 1-2 sets, and the front squats done ideally unbroken. T2b should be doable in 1-2 sets as well. Cals can be adjusted based on the machine. You will perform a round every 6 minutes and mix your order each time, for a total of 6 rounds.  

You will rest between A and B. Part B should be a hard effort. The goal is sub 5 minutes.
