Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s is a long one- pace yourself and just keep chipping away. Use the same machine for the whole WOD. You will want to sustain a moderate pace on the machines so that you can get off and get to your barbell right away, rather than needing to recover from the row/ski/bike. For barbell movements, you should be able to cycle a set of about 10 reps, so choose your weight accordingly. A reasonable goal would be to get the thrusters and C&J’s done in about 3 sets each round.
