For today’s enjoyment we have another partner workout but this time you get a little work rest ration between you and your partner. This workout can be done with Barbells or Kettlebells / Dumbbells and Should be divided up as needed between you and your partner. the weight is fairly “light” so it should be quick transitions and movements with your partner. Kcal should be done on the same machine if possible to save space out on the floor and give you room for the barbell movements.
