20 pullups
20 burpees
20 power cleans @95/135#

Workout Notes/Intentions: We’ve got a long AMRAP today. The option is available to make it a partner WOD if you want. If so, adjust the reps to 40’s and split the work however you wish, one partner working at a time. If you want to do it written as is, it will be a solo effort. You will need to pace yourself and keep the intensity lower if you are doing it alone, as there is no built in rest. Either way, it’s a long grind! Have fun!
