Saturday 05-02-19 Workout of the Day


The gym is closed for Power on the Prairies this weekend but that doesn’t mean you can’t get a workout in! Following  is a workout you can do at home.


After you’re done, come on down to the gym and cheer on the competitors and show them some Starke support and hospitality!


5 rounds for time…


10 burpees

20 squats

30 sit-ups

400m run (or run around the block, to the next block, whatever works for where you are … you get the idea!)
