Workout Notes: Today is a solo workout. These are essentially 5 min AMRAP’s with 2 minutes of rest in between each. You will go through the above workout TWICE, for a total of 6 x 5 min AMRAPs. Every AMRAP starts with a 300m run buy-in, but can be subbed for a row or C2 bike if needed. When you return from the run, you will use the remaining time to do an AMRAP of the two movements. REps are small and weights should be light enough to go unbroken throughout. Work hard and try to better your scores on our second time through. Have fun!
