20 Pull Ups or Bent Over Rows

20 Front Rack Lunges
20 Kcal or 200m Run

This workout can be done with a barbell, DB’s or a Kettlebell. If you’re hiring this as a soloist, perform 15 or 20 reps of each movement. If you’re hitting it as a team of two, make it 40 reps and share the load (one works while the other rests). Modify movements as needed and ask a coach for help with mods during Zoom classes.
