Workout Intentions/Notes: This is another long Saturday workout! Pace yourself from the start, as it’s a lot of work. Quick singles on the cleans may be a good strategy. Efficient stepped burpees will help conserve energy and keep moving. Try to break wallballs into 2-3 sets, with short breaks. Move steady on the box jumps. Steady pacing will get the job done on this one! Pick it up on the last round of the workout if you have anything left in the tank!
