Workout Notes: Today we have a series of 4 minute AMRAPs, with 2 minutes rest between each, for a total of 6 AMRAPs. Each 4 minutes of work starts with a buy-in of either running or rowing. When you finish the run or row, you will go into accumulating max reps of one movement for the remainder of the time. Post your score on the whiteboard for each workout.
