Saturday 07-10-2021 Workout Of the Day

GYM NEWS: Just a reminder that our parking lot is getting prepped and paved Friday and Saturday so if you hate running in workouts, these are the days to come! Classes will still be running on a normal schedule but we’ll need to park on the street in front of the gym while crews work on the lot. Thank you for your patience over the weekend.

Running clock…(As far as possible in 40 mins)
3 rounds:
30 cals
30 DB lunges
rest 2:00
3 rounds:
100 DU
50 wallballs
25 burpees
rest 2:00
3 rounds:
30 cals
30 sng DB hang C&J

Workout Notes/Intentions: You will attempt to get as far as possible in 40 minutes today! Each portion of the workout is 3 rounds. If you know you won’t make it far enough, you can drop each part to 2 rounds so that you make it to the end and get the full variety of movements. The rest portions are very short, essentially just enough to time to get set up and slow your breathing a bit.
