Workout Intentions/Notes: Aim for unbroken reps in the swings and wallballs. Pick up the pace as the reps descend.

The first 300m run can be moderate. Aim to not stop moving on the burpees. Pace that middle run and again just move through those burpees. Last 300m run should be your hardest run.
