Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout can be done solo or with a partner. If doing it with a partner, both athletes will run 300m together, and share the reps as they wish (each having their own equipment/square). If you do it solo, you will get as far as you can in 40 minutes. Clean and jerks will be done from the floor. As you tire you can transition into quick singles. Try to just keep moving steady on the jump overs and burpees; stepping them efficiently.  For the second part, the weight you choose should allow you to do sets of about 10 on the lunges. Chip away and have fun!
