40 min partner AMRAP
300m run (together)
40 wallballs @14/20#
40 front rack lunges @85/115#
40 hang power clean & jerks @85/115#
Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s partner WOD can be divided up however you see fit, aside from the 300m run which will be done together each round. You don’t have to necessarily run together, but you cannot start working on the pullups until both partners are in the gym. Sets of 8 or 10 will be suitable for most movements. If you start to fail, choose smaller sets. If one partner is proficient in certain movements and wants to do more of those reps, that’s fine. Divide the work however you wish; it does not need to be exactly 50/50. It’s a long workout, so pace accordingly!
