A. 30 min. Partner AMRAP*
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 air squats
*E5:00 run 400m as a team, start at 0:00, finish @30:00 for a total of 7 runs
B. Accumulate 5:00 front plank*
*every time you break, 20 hollow rocks
Workout Notes: Part A is a variation of a classic workout, Cindy. You will be working with a partner. One person does all reps of the movement (partner 1 does 5 pull-ups, partner 2 does 10 push-ups, partner 1 does 15 air squats, then partner 2 would go back to 5 pull-ups, etc.) Every 5 minutes, starting at 0:00 and finishing at 30:00, both partners run 400m and then continue working- pickup where you leave off. Workout starts and finishes with running.
Part B is a solo effort, 5 minute front plank. If you break, do 20 hollow rocks before continuing, until you accumulate 5 minutes total.
