Workout Intentions: Today’s AMRAP is a long one! There is rest after each round, so as you get near the end of the round you should push the pace. C&J could be quick singles or you may go TNG. Pace the box jumps overs and burpees to allow you to keep moving. You should be able to achieve 3-4+ rounds. If you would rather do this as a partner workout, you can do so.
