Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s “Full Send Saturday” is inspired by the movements in the benchmark WOD Jackie; with the addition of running and burpees. The thrusters are nice and light (empty bar), so you should aim to hit big sets. Pace the burpees and break up pull-ups as needed. Your last round should be your quickest. Push the thrusters and try to hold onto the bar for as long as you can. When you want to put it down, hit 5 more reps. Have fun!
