Happy Saturday everyone, Today’s workout is a partner workout where you’ll “share the load” with one person working at a time. Partner workouts don’t need to be split 50/50 down the middle. Make sure to trade off working partners when you start to slow down in a movement. Quick transitions and paying attention is key along with keeping count of your reps 😉
