For time w/ partner OR as far as possible in 40 mins (solo)
Bar facing burpees
Front rack lunges @95/135#
Workout Notes: Another full send Saturday! If doing it with a partner, do not take the 3:00 rest. Break up the work however you need, one partner working at a time. If doing it solo, get as far as possible in 40 minutes. Change your weight during your rest. Lunges are heavier than C&J’s. Chip away and have fun!
