12 box jumps
12 hang C&J @65/95#
300m run
12 front rack lunges
12 KBS @50/70#
12 pullups
12 burpees
*change order every round

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a similar style to one we did last week. You will start a new round every 8 minutes, and you must do it in a different order every time. If you aren’t getting enough rest, drop the reps to 10. Every movement should be doable unbroken, with the exception of the hang C&J’s depending on the order you do it. You may need to break those up into 2 quick sets, try not to rest too long. Have fun!
