30 Strict Pull Ups
30 Dbl. bell Front Squats
30 HRPU
30 Dbl. bell Step ups
30 DB Deadlifts (front head of DB touches the ground)

*E5M 30 kcal ECHO (5,10,15, 20, 25)

Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30# +/-

Today’s 30 minute Amrap Will require a partner and two dumbbells. With only one person working at a time chip away at the reps and exercises above. Every five minutes your team will be required to perform 30 cals on the echo bike before getting back to work where you left off.
